Statts: What's your thoughts on the game tonight?
MB: Delighted. They are the team to beat, they are the ones that have set the bar, but I knew we were always capable with what we've got, when we play properly and with the pace we've got. We've changed the shape a wee bit and it's working. We're on a roll - we played well tonight but it's the attitude and the workrate that won us the game. Bonnyrigg are a team that punish mistakes if you slow the game down and play the way they want to play, but we didnt do that at all tonight - we played our game and our pace, movement and passing of the ball was proably the best I've seen here since my first season at the club. I thought we were absolutely magnificent. It reminded me of Brian Carrigan, Herdy and Tank playing up front, the three of them, linking up - and Herdy, Coco and Tommy Coyne were unplayable at times tonight.
Statts: and Tommy playing out wide?
MB: That's the best Tommy Coyne's played for a long time, even though there's been games when he's scored more goals, he was absolutely brilliant tonight - linking up, he was big, strong and working hard. It's a position that he's good at. He's not playing as a winger or a striker and people dont know how to mark him because his movement is first class. I thought they were all excellent tonight though.
Statts: Was going so long between games a problem?
MB: We've tried to play games where we had to work. We played Livingston U19's and beat them 6:0, but they are full time and it's not an easy game. The boys know they've got to a standard now and its not allowed to drop. We've beaten the team that I believe is going to win the league - that's a damaging result for them tonight, but I still think they'll win the league. We need to keep on dominating games from the start like we did tonight.
